When gifting a complete trip, you’ll work with me to plan the perfect itinerary for the recipient. We’ll plan as much or as little as you’d like (they might want to choose a thing or two!) and I’ll give you an attractive summary that you can provide as a tangible present.
Maybe your recipient will want to get into the details, so you can give my services as a gift. You pay the planning fee, but I’ll work with them throughout the process from selecting a destination to finding the perfect lodging to picking excursions and activities.

How it works:
All of the trips I plan are tailored to the client, and I’ll put together a custom proposal based on what kind of services you need. But in general, this is how is usually goes:
We’ll start with an intake process to get to know more about what you’re looking to get out of the trip and understand your preferences.
Based on that, I’ll draft an overall itinerary outline, to establish the major contours of the trip like travel dates, destination(s), and budget.
From there we’ll have some back-and-forth about lodging and excursion/activity options.
Once you’ve made selections, I’ll handle all the bookings on your behalf and manage communication with suppliers.
Finally, I’ll reconfirm everything and deliver a complete itinerary (accessible via a website, app, or as a PDF) so you’re ready to go for a stress-free trip of a lifetime.
What it costs:
With so many variables (travelers, length of trip, number of destinations, level of activity, etc.), there’s no single standard for travel planning fees. But as a general guideline, full itinerary planning for a weeklong trip for two adults will start around $500. Get in touch and we’ll talk about your circumstance.
