I Keep an Eye on Hotel Prices So You Don’t Have To

Hotel Price Tracking Can Give You Peace-of-Mind, and Maybe Save a Bit of Money

Book your dream hotel and I’ll keep en eye out for a deal.

A new reason not to book a hotel yourself has entered the chat: when you book with me, my system can keep an eye on prices to see if they drop. Here how it works:

  • Book your next hotel stay with me

    • I’m pretty great at finding just the right stay for clients… taking into account ideal locations, your tastes, and your budget. Whether it’s a business trip, a weekend away, an annual family respite, or a once-in-a-lifetime vacation.

    • It’s almost always my recommendation to book a refundable rate so you have flexibility if plans change. This is especially important now with price tracking so you’re not locked into a rate in case it goes down.

    • Just a reminder that I don’t charge a planning fee for simple hotel bookings!

  • Thanks to my host agency’s tech-forward platform, my system will scan prices twice a day to compare what you’re paying to the current rates.

    • I’ll let you know if there’s a significant price drop — no changes happen automatically, so we’ll decide together when and if it makes sense to take action.

  • We’ll either rebook or use the savings to upgrade your room

    • In many cases it might be nice to pocket that savings and spend it on a treat meal or something else fun!

    • Or if you’ve already set a budget for the trip, why not use the savings to upgrade the room category you’re booked in so you’ll have an elevated experience for what you’d already planned on paying? Plus if we’ve booked at a hotel that’s a preferred partner and you’re eligible for a complimentary upgrade, you’ll be eligible to be bumped up a tier from the newly booked category.

Every trip is different and my services are completely bespoke — so get in touch and let’s talk about what’s right for you and perhaps my new price tracking tool can work to your advantage.
