Already work with me? Welcome back.
CLIENT TOOLS
Starting another trip, booking a straightforward hotel, or just want to talk something through? These are some of the shortcuts I’m most likely to send you anyway.
Use whichever route fits. If you’re not sure, email me. No wrong door.
NEW FOR CLIENTS
Browse + book hotels
You can now use my self-service hotel booking tool for straightforward stays: search available hotels, compare rates and available perks, and make many reservations on your own. The booking stays connected to me as your advisor.
If you don’t see the hotel or rate you want — or you want a second opinion before booking — send me a note. I’m a great co-pilot for making the most of this tool.
Need access? It’s easy — just ask me ⇗
START A NEW TRIP
Ready for the next one?
If we’ve already worked together, you don’t need to reintroduce yourself. Use the shorter trip request form for existing clients to tell me what you’re thinking about, who’s traveling, your dates if you have them, and the pieces that matter for this trip.
Like usual, it can be a fully formed plan or just enough information for me to know where to pick up the conversation.
NEED TO TALK SOMETHING THROUGH?
Pick whatever is easiest.
I won’t make you turn every question into a form submission.
Best for most things — especially when you want to send context, links, or anything I may need to refer back to. Email me ⇗
Text
Good for a quick question or a simple follow-up. Text me ⇗
Schedule
Pick a time when talking it through is easier than writing it out. Schedule a conversation ⇗
Sometimes booking direct makes sense.
USEFUL BOOKING LINKS
These are selected companies and services I’m comfortable pointing you toward when the best next step is to browse or book directly. I’m never mad if you take a look and want to circle back to me with a question though.
Some are advisor or affiliate booking links. If you book through one, I may stay attached to the reservation so I can help along the way, or I may earn compensation from the booking. I include them because they’re services I’d point you toward anyway — not because the link exists.
TOURS + ACTIVITIES
Context Travel
Expert-led tours when you want to go much deeper than a canned highlights tour. One of my favorite suppliers (nerdiness helpful, but not required). Browse Context Travel ⇗
Project Expedition
My favorite curated marketplace for tours, excursions, and transfers when you want to browse a range of options. Browse Project Expedition ⇗
GetYourGuide
A broad, easy-to-browse source for activities, tickets, and tours. I generally like what I find there. Browse GetYourGuide ⇗
Viator
The biggest name here — and a useful marketplace — but the huge selection is both its strength and its weakness. There are excellent options mixed in with a lot of clutter, so send me a link if you want me to offer some advisor discernment. Browse Viator ⇗
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Faye
The insurance provider that a majority of my clients use — and you can generate a quick quote easily online. Faye offers robust travel insurance covering your health, your trip, your stuff, and even your pet, via an app that provides real-time proactive solutions, quick reimbursements, and 24/7 customer experience specialists. I encourage you to read all materials including plan documents carefully to understand the coverage they offer.
CRUISES
Virgin Voyages
Want to browse Virgin on your own? Use my booking link. If you find a sailing and book (you should notice my name on the top of the page), I’m assigned as the advisor of record so I can service the reservation and help along the way.
DON’T SEE WHAT YOU NEED?
Just ask.
This page is here to make the common things easier, not to create a new set of rules for working together. If the tool you need isn’t here — or you’d simply rather send me a note — do that.
